ABOUT ICEP CONFERENCE SERIES & CONFERENCE VENUE

The First International Conference on Electroactive Polymers: Materials & Devices (ICEP-2004) was organized at Dalhousie, a picturesque holiday resort nested in the beautiful Himalayan range surrounded by dense pine forests. The Second International Conference (ICEP-2007) was at the gleaming sea beaches of Goa from where the destination for the Third International Conference on Electroactive Polymers (ICEP-2008) moved to the pink city of Jaipur in the backdrop of palaces and forts. The Fourth International Conference on Electroactive Polymers: Materials and Devices (ICEP-2010) was organized at Surajkund, located in the picturesque outskirts of Delhi. The Fifth International Conference on Electroactive Polymers (ICEP-2012) was held in the ancient city of Varanasi while the Sixth conference in this series (ICEP-2017) was held at the first Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Kharagpur. The Seventh Conference on Electroactive Polymers (ICEP-2019) was held in Udaipur, the city of lakes and palaces.

The Eighth Conference on Electroactive Polymers (ICEP-2024) is being organized in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha which is one of eastern India’s most visited city and is known as the ‘Temple city’ where Hindu, Buddhist and Jain traditions are represented by centuries old temples.

Weather at Bhubaneswar is generally pleasant in February with temperatures between 20-300C.
